Potluck Account Deletion
You can delete your Potluck account yourself in the app. If you can't, email huatbiz@gmail.com and we'll delete it for you.
- Delete your account in the Potluck app: open Settings (tap your profile photo) and choose "Delete account permanently". Deletion happens right away and can't be undone.
- If you can't access the app, email huatbiz@gmail.com from the address tied to your account with the subject line: Potluck account deletion request. We may need to confirm your identity. We'll delete the account within 30 days and email you when it's done.
- Deleting your account deletes your login, profile, step data, coins, friends, and items. Your place in finished challenges stays as an anonymous "Deleted account", without your steps, so results and coin pots still add up for everyone else.
- Messages you sent are emptied: other people see "message deleted" from "Deleted account" in their chats.
- Reports other people made about something you posted are kept without a link to your account. The privacy policy explains what is kept and why.
